Warranty Certificate
Pinnacle Pavers, Inc. will warranty any paver installation initiated and completed by Pinnacle Pavers for a period of one year from the date of the completion of the project.
Notes: Due to the inherent qualities of raw materials pavers delivered and installed may vary in color and texture from actual samples viewed at point of sale.
Issues Covered
- Installation deficiencies: ( dependent on the reason for failure )
- Low or sinking pavers
- Separation of pavers
- Edge restraint failure
- Material deficiencies: ( limited to manufacturer warranty )
- Complete broken or cracked pavers
Minor cracks incidental to the usual methods of manufacture, or minor chipping and scratching resulting from customary methods of handling during shipment and delivery, shall not be deemed grounds for rejection (ASTM C936 Section 6.1).
Pinnacle Pavers Inc. will make the final determination as to whether or not the product has lost its structural integrity.

- Loss of joint sand
- Fading
- Insects nesting in joints
- Efflorescence
**Any materials applied to the pavers by the owner within the warranty period may result in the warranty being voided by pinnacle pavers inc.
