Sealing of pavers yields many benefits including, color enhancement, water and stain resistance and uv protection.  For the highest quality results, Pinnacle Pavers uses a 5 step process.

Step 1:  Cleaning all pavers

Pinnacle uses a high powered pressure washer with water only.  No chemicals used so there is no risk of damage to adjacent hardscape or landscape areas.

Step 2:  Re-sand all paver joints

Once pavers are cleaned, new mason sand is washed into all joints for stabilization.

Step 3:  Leaf Blower

All pavers will be blown off with a leaf blower to eliminate any excess debris.

Step 4:  Apply 2 coats of sealer

Two coats of sealer will be sprayed on (1 coat for pool coping) with approximately 15 to 30 minutes between coats.

Step 5:  Clean up

Clean up all areas as to leave your home in the same condition as when we arrived.

Allow for sufficient amount of dry time:

     Foot traffic:  24 hours

     Vehicular traffic:  48 hours
